Test Report/Calibration Certificate issued by JIL LOGISTICS & ENGINEERING (S) SDN. BHD. (JIL SB) are subject to the following conditions:

1. This test report/certificate is issued in accordance with the condition of accreditation granted by the accreditation requirements of Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM) of Standards Malaysia. The measurement results included in this document are traceable to Malaysia national measurement standards maintained by the National Metrology Institute of Malaysia (NMIM) and provides traceability of measurement to the SI system of units and/or to units of measurement realised at the NMIM and other recognised national metrology institutes. Copyright of this certificate is owned by the issuing laboratory and may not be reproduced other than in full except with the prior written approval of the Head of the issuing laboratory.

2. The equipment submitted by the customer shall be tested/calibrated according to establish International standards or any published standards as discussed and agreed upon by the customer and JIL SB. In the absence of any written instructions, the customer is deemed to have agreed and accepted the standard used by JIL SB in the testing/calibration of the equipment. However, JIL SB shall state in the report the standard and testing/calibration method used.

3. In carrying out the method of calibration, JIL SB guarantees that it has exercised reasonable care and diligence in performing the testing/calibration but no warranties are given with respect to JIL SB testing/calibration results or facilities. However, if any client is not satisfied with the testing/calibration result within two weeks, client shall contact JIL SB, thereafter no claim shall be entertained. In providing this report, JIL SB does not in any way imply the suitability of the equipment for their intended use. In no event shall JIL SB be liable far any direct or indirect special or consequential damage.

4. The result of testing/calibration performed by JIL SB apply to the particular equipment at the time of its test/calibration. The result shall not be used to indicate or imply that are applicable to other similar items. They do not indicate or imply that JIL SB approves, recommends or endorses the manufacturers or suppliers or users of such equipment or that JIL SB in any way guarantees the equipment's performance after testing/calibration.

5. JIL SB shall not be liable and the customer shall indemnify and hold JIL SB harmless against any claim or loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly occasioned by the equipment. JIL SB shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during transit to and from JIL SB and within JIL SB, unless occasioned through the negligence of JIL SB. The risk of loss or damage to the equipment shall be solely for the customer's account. Insurance coverage shall be responsibility of the customer.

6. In addition to any right of lien to which JIL SB may be entitled by law, JIL SB shall always be entitled to a general lien on all equipment of the customer in their possession for the unpaid price of any goods or services sold or rendered to the customer or any other moneys owing by the customer to JIL SB upon this or any other contract.

7. Certificate of Test Report/Calibration Certificate with SAMM logo is issued in accordance with the condition of accreditation granted by the accreditation requirements of Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM) of Standards Malaysia. The measurement results included in this document are traceable to Malaysia national measurement standards maintained by the National Metrology Institute of Malaysia (NMIM) and provides traceability of measurement to the SI system of units and/or to units of measurement realised at the NMIM and other recognised national metrology institutes. 8. Certificate of Test Report/Calibration Certificate without SAMM logo therein has been performed in accordance with the laboratory approved procedure. The instrumentation used and the measurement results included in this document are traceable to Malaysia national measurement standards maintained by the National Metrology Institute of Malaysia (NMIM) and provides traceability of measurement to the SI system of units and/or to units of measurement realised at the NMIM and other recognised national metrology institutes.
